| By late 1996, CSG had achieved a regional distribution network for product supply, therefore firmly placing D’Bond on a supply footing with major established suppliers. CSG now has distribution networks in developing countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan and Philippines. We are currently negotiating with a promising party to explore the China market. |

| In early 1998, CSG further expanded its range of D’Bond Cleaners to cover the institutional cleaning market. With the experience of our technical research team and the flexibility of our approach towards product development, we are capable of developing a series of cleaning chemicals as well as hand care products that suit each and individual customer’s need. |
